She holds a specialist degree in Law from West Ukrainian National University, and brings a detail-oriented, compliance-minded perspective to everything she does. Before joining PBM in 2024, Nadiia worked in the insurance industry helping individuals and families navigate insurance plans, an experience that sharpened her ability to guide clients through complex, often confusing processes with patience and clarity.
At PBM, Nadiia handles payroll processing, sales tax filings, and bookkeeping, while also serving as the connective tissue between clients and the rest of the team.
