Olha Mormul is the founder of PBM Consulting Company and the driving force behind its reputation for integrity and results.
She holds a degree in Accounting and Audit from West Ukrainian National University, and built on that foundation through an extensive career spanning audit and tax. Over more than 25 years, she developed deep expertise across audit, tax preparation, tax planning, and financial management, working with businesses of varying sizes and complexity before channeling all of that experience into building PBM.
That breadth of background means her clients don’t just get someone who files their returns. They get someone who anticipates problems before they happen, asks the right questions, and knows exactly what to do when things get complicated. Whether a client is navigating a complex tax situation, growing their business, or simply trying to get their books in order, Olha brings the same level of focus and care to every engagement.
She founded PBM because she saw an opportunity to build something the industry was missing: a firm where clients are treated as partners, where the work is done right the first time, and where trust is earned through consistent results, not just promised upfront. That commitment has defined the firm from day one and continues to shape every client relationship today.
On a personal note, Olha is deeply passionate about her work and the clients she serves. She believes that behind every small business is a person working hard to build something meaningful, and that they deserve an accountant who takes that just as seriously as they do. Olha works with clients in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
