As Partner, Katerina Vanovskyi brings a strong corporate finance foundation and a sharp analytical mind to the PBM team, making her the kind of CPA who understands not just your taxes, but how your business actually works.
Katerina launched her career at Brunswick Corporation, where she was selected for the company’s competitive Financial Leadership Development Program, an intensive two-year rotational program designed to develop finance leaders across the business. She went on to serve as a Financial Analyst at Boston Whaler, a Brunswick company, where she managed budgets, forecasts, P&L reporting, and supported audits and corporate reporting. She later served as Accounting Manager at Envoy Global, a leading immigration services firm, before bringing that depth of corporate experience to PBM.
Katerina holds a CPA license in Illinois and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. That training shapes how she approaches every client relationship, not simply as a compliance exercise, but as an opportunity to understand the full financial picture and help clients move forward with clarity.
At PBM, she works directly with clients on tax preparation, tax planning, IRS representation, and financial analysis, translating complex matters into clear, actionable guidance. She takes pride in building long-term relationships where clients feel genuinely supported not just at tax time, but throughout the year. Katerina works with clients in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
